Los Olivos 2 BED PENTHOUSE GEN
The Los Olivos penthouse apartments are very popular and in a great location. They are not all listed here as there are a number of properties.

Centrally located in La Manga, opposite the tennis centre, the Los Olivos apartments are always an attractive option for customers wanting to spend there holiday in style and with convenient access to all on offer. The penthouse apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and enjoys beautiful views over La Manga Club towards the Mar Menor beyond. The apartment is on one level but also has a private solarium upstairs, accessed by an internal staircase.
Access to the apartment is via external steps. Furnishings are to a high standard in a contemporary style and the aparments are light and bright.
PLEASE NOTE: Prices displayed are a guide price, and in some cases may vary slightly. Air conditioning included in high season price; a charge for air conditioning or heating will be payable in mid and low seasons.
ACCOMMODATION
Kitchen – fully equipped, with oven, hob, extractor fan, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
Spacious Living/Dining Room – with double height ceiling which gives an extremely light and airy feel. It is complete with satellite TV, DVD/CD player and has patio doors leading to a large terrace with beautiful views.
Terrace with BBQ, table and chairs and sun loungers.
Master Bedroom – with double or twin beds, wardrobe plus Ensuite Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom Two with twin beds.
Family bathroom with bath or shower, WC and washbasin.
An internal staircase leads from the living room to the private solarium where you can relax in the sun. In some instances, there is an additional terrace off the main bedroom.
Reduced sport rates for four people. A/C throughout the property.
