This is a superb and welcoming villa enjoying a great position within La Manga Club. Hacienda del Golf is a popular community with plenty of outside space. Inside the property is large and offers superb accommodation across three floors, making it ideal for families or small groups who want to make the most of the La Manga Club facilities, most of which are within just a few minutes walk. There is easy access to the gardens and community pool, which is within view of the villa.  Please note that whilst children are welcome it is not possible to place a stairgate within the property due to wide staircases.

Living / Dining Room with A/C, sofas, coffee table, large flatscreen TV, DVD player, iPod dock, dining table and chairs, with access to outside patio with table and chairs and sun loungers.
Kitchen, fully equipped, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine etc, with access to outside patio.
Master Bedroom with double bed, A/C, bedside cabinets and built in wardrobes, flat screen TV and access to terrace.
Bathroom with bath, shower over, shower, WC and washbasins and hairdryer.
Terrace Area has gas BBQ, ample seating and views towards the shared pool area.
First floor:
Bedroom Two with double bed (can be made into 2 x single beds),A/C, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobes, Flat screen TV,  plus Ensuite bathroom with bath with overhead shower, WC and washbasins and hairdryer.
Bedroom Three with twin beds, A/C, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobe, flatscreen T, ipod dock and Ensuite Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin adn hairdryer.

Second Floor:
Solarium with great views.

Lower Ground Floor:
Bedroom Four with twin beds, A/C unit, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobes plus flatscreen TV. Ensuite bathroom with shower, WC, twin basins and hairdryer.
Games Room with A/C unit, dart board, flatscreen TV.
