Situated close to the Principe Felipe Hotel and overlooking the South Golf Course, the golf bungalows are always a popular choice with guests.
This property is well presented and enjoys full air-conditioning and wireless internet access, both of which are included in the price. Access is easy with only 4 steps, and there is also a ramp to the front door. Car parking is located a short distance away, although the property can be accessed by car for loading and unloading purposes.
Accommodation:
Enter the property into the air conditioned open plan living/dining room/kitchen with satellite TV, video player, and ceiling fan. Patio doors lead to an open terrace with table, chairs and barbeque, and lovely views to the golf course. The kitchen area is well equipped with dish washer, oven, hob and extractor, microwave, and fridge freezer.
The master bedroom has twin beds, a portable fan, and air conditioning. It has an en-suite shower room with a tumble dryer. The second bedroom has a double bed, music system, air conditioning, and an en-suite full bathroom, which also houses the washing machine.
