El Rancho 4 bed villa
A large and delightful four bedroom, 3 bathroom villa situated close to a lovely shared pool, at the heart of the El Rancho village. The area is generally considered as one of the most sought after for families given the larger nature of the villas and the lovely situation – plus fantastic views of La Manga Spain; the sea, mountains and beautiful golf courses. There are a number of swimming pools to choose from and communal gardens to enjoy.
ACCOMMODATION
Entrance through to:
Living / Dining Area a lovely large area, with comfortable seating, coffee table, Club TV, DVD, dining table and chairs. Doors to large terrace with built in BBQ and outdoor dining facilities and lovely views over the resort and to the Mar Menor beyond. External stairs to the solarium/roof terrace.
Kitchen, fully equipped with hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave and washing machine.
Cloakroom with WC and washbasin.
Downstairs:
Bedroom One a large room with King Size Double Bed and ceiling fan, with ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, washbasins and WC.
Bedroom Two with twin beds and ceiling fan plus Ensuite Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin
Bedroom Three with twin beds, with wardrobe
Bedroom Four with single bed with additional pull out single bed (due to restricted space when both beds are in use, we recommend that this room is only suitable for children)
Bathroom with bath, shower over WC and washbasin
Air Con throughout. Reduced sport rates for 4 people.
Air conditioning included. Immediate parking outside the property.
Wifi is included.
Relevant information: In July & August please Saturday changeovers only.
