This detached house has been individually designed and provides great accommodation for families or groups of friends. The property is well furnished and is over 2 levels. It has its own private pool set in a beautiful spacious garden, which is ideal for children. The rear of the property faces South East.

Enter the property into a hallway.

Up 2 steps is the spacious air conditioned open plan living and dining room, which is well furnished with sofas and coffee tables and complete with TV and DVD/CD player.  Patio doors lead to a terrace with built-in barbeque and outdoor dining facilities.

From the hallway the kitchen is also on the ground floor. It is newly refurbished and fully fitted, and well equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer and coffee machine. There is a large island area suitable for dining. A door leads to the terrace.

Downstairs:

Utility room with washing machine.

Master bedroom with air-conditioning, double bed and ceiling fan, and an en-suite full bathroom with walk-in shower. Patio doors lead to the lower terrace area.

2nd bedroom – also with air-conditioning and a double bed with en-suite shower room.

The 3rd and 4th bedrooms both have twin beds and use of the additional separate full bathroom with walk-in shower. A door leads out to the terrace area.

An external staircase leads to the rooftop solarium with views of the private garden and pool.

Customers staying at the property benefit from free wi-fi.

Outside – parking at front of the villa.  Lovely grounds – private pool, terraces and well established garden with large lawn, planted with flowers and olive trees.  Please note that there is no pool heating.

Please note in school holidays and all of July and August – Saturday changeovers only.
